LB4000 type asphalt mixing plant
The overall layout of LB4000 asphalt mixing plant is compact, novel structure, small footprint, easy to install and transfer。
1. The cold aggregate feeder, mixing plant, finished product warehouse, dust collector, and asphalt tank are all modularized, which is convenient for transportation and installation.
2. The drying drum adopts a special-shaped material lifting blade structure, which is conducive to forming an ideal material curtain, which can make full use of heat energy and reduce fuel consumption. The imported combustion device is adopted with high thermal efficiency.
3. The whole machine adopts electronic measurement, which is accurate.
4. The electrical control system adopts imported electrical components, which can be controlled by program and individually, and can be controlled by a microcomputer.
5. The reducer, bearings and burners, pneumatic components, dust filter bags, etc. configured in the key parts of the complete equipment adopt imported parts to fully guarantee the reliability of the entire equipment.
